Welcome! This is where I share the simple, satisfying meals I make for my family, clients and friends—because uncomplicated meals are just as worthy as elaborate feasts.
Whether you love to cook or struggle with it, I hope this newsletter becomes a source of inspiration. My skillset also involves helping people find joy in the kitchen, guiding them toward a more intuitive, stress-free relationship with cooking.
I’ve been a private chef in Los Angeles for over two decades. My husband and I have two kids (ages 7 and 8) yet the four of us manage to eat a home cooked meal together, at the table, with candles, most nights. Not because I’m superhuman, but because I’ve learned how to make simple, healthy, delicious meals with as little fuss as possible. And I’m here to share that power with you.
This is a weekly newsletter, with frequent mid-week recipes sprinkled in. I’ll be sharing the best things I cooked last week—usually quick dinners you can make in 30 minutes or less. Expect:
🍋 Fresh, unfussy dinners (often under 30 minutes)
🥗 Gorgeous salads (I love a pretty salad)
🍪 Some sweet treats—I eat healthy but I do have do have sweet tooth
I’ve been sober from alcohol for 11 years and sometimes I share thoughts on that.
This is a space for conversation, inspiration, and connection. So—shall we cook together?
