Sticky toffee pudding with Bourbon toffee sauce
with notes of orange, ginger and bergamont (Earl Grey tea)
If you’ve never had sticky toffee pudding, you should probably drop whatever you’re doing and make this now. If you’ve previously had the pleasure of enjoying sticky toffee pudding, you’ll probably do the same! It’s that good.
My friend Bobby, who was the private chef for a very famous English rockstar gave me this (very British) recipe. It’s infused with earl grey, ginger and orange, and served with an outrageously delicious bourbon toffee sauce. Medjool dates give it a rich caramel flavor and keep the pudding/cake ultra moist! Honestly in my top 5 favorite desserts. Wonderful for the holidays or anytime tbh!
